Terms and Conditions

Exchange Terms:

• Devices sold from our showrooms shall be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase, and within 7 days from the date of receive for online store sales provided that the replacement is of the same value or higher, provided that:
  • The product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened.
  • The original purchase invoice must be brought.
• The exchange process for online store sales may take 14 days.

Return Terms:

• Products can be returned within 48 hours only from the date of purchase, and within 48 hours only from the date of receive for online store sales provided that:
  • The product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened.
• The purchase amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid.
• The return process for online store sales may take 14 days.
• Products that are registered in the name of the customer, such as services or subscriptions (Mobily - BeIN Sports - Saudi Telecom - Zain - One Card) or software, cannot be returned.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty period is two years on devices and accessories, with the exception of some accessories (one year):
  • Wired headphones
  • Storage units
  • Wires
• The warranty does not include:
  • Device accessories
  • Some accessories:
    • Mobile covers/cases
    • Screen protection stickers
    • Scooter tires
• All sold products are under warranty of the agent not under Assr Care warranty, with the exception of these brands under Assr Care warranty:
  Motorola - Honor - Aukey - Brave - HMD - Lenovo - Realme - Xiaomi - Wiko - INFINIX - Lead - Telo - Nokia - Excced - Huawei - ZTE
• Manufacturer defect replacement:
  • Within 3 days from date of purchase (24 hours for Apple products)
  • Conditions:
    • Bring the original invoice and warranty
    • The device should be free of traces of misuse (scratch - breakage - liquids - opening the device outside the company)
    • Provide customer data (name - mobile number)
    • Bring original cartons and accessories
    • For Apple products: Disable Find my iPhone and iCloud account feature
  • Factory defects in Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and Oppo products are not covered by replacement
  • A report from authorized maintenance agent may be required
• After 3 days from purchase, customers must contact authorized maintenance centers

Assr CareTelecom Portal is a website owned and operated by Assr CareTelecom, a company organized under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with principal place of business at Jeddah.

1. Definitions

• Area: Currently Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (subject to change)
• Prices Catalog: Product/service prices (subject to change)
• Order: Every order placed on the website
• Parties: Assr CareTelecom ("We") and purchaser/user ("You")
• Product: Equipment ordered by you with manufacturer specifications
• Services: Includes delivery, installation, maintenance, training, support

2. Eligibility

• Available only to registered members aged 18+
• Business entities must have authority to bind the organization
• Currently serves only Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Assr CareTelecom reserves right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders

3. Privacy

Personal information handled according to Privacy Policy. Not sold to third parties without consent.

4. Electronic Communications

By using the site, you consent to receive communications electronically.

5. Copyright

• All content is property of Assr CareTelecom or its suppliers
• Unauthorized use prohibited without written consent
• Assr CareTelecom may use ideas from your communications without compensation

6. Website Access

• Limited license for personal use only
• Commercial use prohibited without written consent
• No framing or meta tags using Assr CareTelecom trademarks without consent
• Hyperlinks to other websites are for information only

7. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account.

8. Reviews, Comments, Communications

• You may post content that is legal and not objectionable
• No false identities or misleading information
• By posting, you grant Assr CareTelecom rights to use your content
• Assr CareTelecom may monitor but is not obligated to edit/remove content

9. Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you upon delivery to carrier. Lost shipments will be replaced or refunded.

10. Product Descriptions

• Assr CareTelecom strives for accuracy but doesn't warrant descriptions are error-free
• If product doesn't match description, your sole remedy is return unused
• Returns must include all packaging materials
• Some manuals only available from manufacturer websites

11. Availability of Product

• Products available while stocks last
• Backorders possible with longer delivery times (estimates only)
• Assr CareTelecom may refund if product unavailable or procurement cost exceeds price paid

12. Pricing

• Prices shown are manufacturer's suggested retail prices
• Prices subject to change without notice
• If pricing error discovered:
  • Lower actual price: charge lower amount
  • Higher actual price: contact for instructions or cancel order
• Prices exclude taxes/duties which remain customer's responsibility

13. Payment

• Payment methods:
  • Online via Visa/MasterCard (secure SSL protocol)
• You certify you are the card owner
• No reimbursements for any reason
• Customer responsible for collection costs if payment not made
• Shipping/delivery fees charged to customer

14. Delivery

• Products delivered via shipping courier
• Shipping fees:
  • Vary by destination, size, weight
  • Visible before order completion
  • Subject to change without notice
• Delivery times:
  • Orders before 10 AM Saudi time: within 6 days
  • Other orders: within 7 business days
• Delivery dates only for in-stock items
• Delay doesn't entitle refusal or cancellation
• Customer responsible for installation unless assistance purchased

15. Advertiser Representations

You represent that all information provided is correct and you won't mask your identity.

16. Warranty

• Limited to manufacturer's warranty conditions
• Doesn't cover damages from negligence
• Duration cannot be extended
• Customer bears all warranty implementation costs

17. Installation, Maintenance, Training

• Not included unless separately agreed
• May be provided under separate agreements
• Performed by Assr CareTelecom or appointed agents

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Website and services provided "as is" without warranties
• Assr CareTelecom not liable for:
  • Direct/indirect damages from website use
  • Order performance issues
  • Product malfunctions/misuse
  • Manufacturer defects/alterations
• Maximum liability limited to product value

19. Force Majeure

Not liable for nonperformance due to events beyond control (fires, riots, wars, floods, epidemics, shortages, strikes, legal actions, etc.). Will advise promptly of such events.

20. Legal Compliance

You must comply with all applicable laws and use products according to documentation.

21. Disputes

• Unresolved after 60 days from formal notice go to arbitration
• Three arbitrators:
  • One appointed by each party within 30 days
  • Third appointed by first two as chairman
• Under Saudi Arabian rules in Riyadh, Arabic language
• Award is final and binding
• May be entered as court judgment
• Intellectual property violations may go directly to court

22. No Agency

Independent contractor relationship only - no partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship created.

23. Website Policies, Modification

• Policies may change at any time
• You're bound by terms in effect at time of use
• If any condition invalid, others remain in effect
