Depending on the role you have applied for, the next stage of our recruitment process may include an assessment or technical test. If required, the Talent Acquisition team will contact you with instructions to complete the test.
The first step of the interview process typically begins with a telephonic interview by the Talent acquisition team. Based on the initial pre-screening evaluation, shortlisted candidates will be progressed to a live interview with the hiring manager. This may be either in the form of a face-to-face interview or Skype interview depending upon your current location. Once the interview is completed, feedback will be provided. It will then be determined if your experience, education, and skills make you the best candidate for the job.
The Talent Acquisition team will inform you once a decision has been reached regarding your application. If you are not selected for this role, your information will be retained for consideration for future opportunities.
As part of our process, we are required to complete reference checks. The Talent Acquisition team will secure details of referees from you in order to initiate the process.
You will receive an employment contract detailing the terms of your offer. Upon acceptance, our HR Onboarding team will contact you to complete joining formalities, including visa processing, confirming your start date, and scheduling your induction.
